Guys its been a while since i never logged in into my blog...
I was just arrived from the moon and it feels good to be home now
Guess I'm able to continue blogging from every now and then
well u guys know la, its hard to get any Internet connection from the moon even the satellite flowin like a balloon next to you.

Money, power and sex: what motivates man

One of the more successful international trading companies is 3M. It is one of 30 companies in the Dow Jones Industrial Average and is also a component of the Standard & Poor's 500 Index. 3M’s sales for 2007 touched US$24.462 billion while its net income was US$4.096 billion.

3M used to be called Minnesota Mining and Minerals before its name was shortened to 3M. They did the same for IBM, LBJ, JFK, etc. Eventually, when all these people or companies became famous, people started referring to them by their initials and no longer by their full names. This is the ‘culture’ in USA, which itself is the initial for the United States of America. Now, of course, a simple US will suffice as everyone knows who you are referring to.

3M’s success is in its training program. It is said to have the best training module for its salesmen and it is also said there is nothing a 3M salesman can’t sell. For example, the salesmen are taught, to successfully close a sale, you must sell to the MAN. MAN here means: Means, Authority and Need. The person making that decision to buy must have the means (money or budget), authority (power to make that decision to buy) and need (they require the item you are trying to sell). If one of these three ingredients is missing then you will never be able to close the sale.

So, if you are a salesman and you want to successfully close that sale, go look for the MAN. Only the person who has the three ingredients of the MAN will make, or be able to make, that decision whether to buy from you or not.

I am not a salesman any longer but in my new line of work I also apply the 3M or MMM principle. My MMM principle is: Money Motivates Man (man as in humankind rather than gender description). Yes, money is the greatest motivator of man. Nevertheless, there are also other motivators; sex and power. However, once you have money, then these others can come easily and naturally.

Ever wondered why wealth, power and sex always seem to come together? In fact, you can exchange one for the other. If you have money you can buy power or if you have power you can make money. And sex can also be used as a ‘commodity’ to ‘sell’ for money and power -- or, if you have money and/or power, you can buy sex easily (and sometimes get it for free if you are an important and powerful political leader).

Some people are puzzled as to why Shafee Abdullah would go to all that trouble to fix Anwar Ibrahim on sodomy charges. He is worth RM70 million, they argue, and certainly he does not need the money -- whatever amount it may be that they have put aside for the special Black Ops against Anwar. And he has enough women in his life so sex can’t be the motivator as well. Okay, so we can rule out money and sex. But what about power? What if he is slated to be the next Attorney-General and whether he gets the job or not depends on how successfully he can neutralise Anwar and remove him as a threat to Umno?

Yes, power sometimes motivates man more than money or sex -- especially when you already have surplus money and sex and you really don’t need any more in your life. And becoming the next AG is certainly a powerful enough post to motivate you and would work well when your other friend from Umno, the current President of the Court of Appeal, goes on to become the next Chief Justice.

Imagine having two Umno men at the top of the judicial hierarchy, one as AG and the other as CJ. You will be able to literally get away with murder (as if they are not already getting away with it). And just like how Britannia used to rule the waves, Umno just needs to wave and rule that your arse gets thrown into prison for the rest of your miserable life and you become history, like Britannia.

The Malays call this suruh kambing jaga sireh (asking the goat to look after the beetle leaves). The two kambing as head of the judiciary and the Attorney-General’s Chambers will ensure that no sireh will be safe.

MMM -- money motivates man. And money can buy plenty of power and sex. Hey, who needs to worry about going to heaven after they have died when they already have heaven here on earth? No, that is not what Islam teaches. That is what Malays masquerading as Muslims practice.

Talking about Islam, read the following piece about swearing on the Quran. It seems Saiful will soon be swearing on the Quran that Anwar sodomised him. That is not Islam. That is Malay. The good Prophet never taught Muslims to swear on the Quran. It is a Malay invention just like how Malays invent many other things about Islam that are not true and totally false.

Finally, Anwar Ibrahim was charged today and was released on personal bond. That was certainly a surprise as I could have sworn (not on the Quran though) he would be denied bail. Anyway, it looks like Anwar will be able to celebrate his birthday this Sunday (10 August 2008) at home after all instead of in the Sungai Buloh Prison. Let’s all swarm over to Anwar’s house this Sunday to wish him a happy birthday.

Oh, and one more thing, it appears like that very illusive elusive DNA that the police have unsuccessfully tried to get from Anwar may be no good after all. It seems DNA are no longer regarded as conclusive and, in Australia, 7,000 cases where convictions were secured through DNA are being reviewed.Well, back to the drawing board I suppose. They will now have to rethink their strategy on how to secure a conviction against Anwar. The DNA route may not be on after all.

Okay regarding to the school part, you guys know it already. cause I'm complaining a lot about it... yeah man i feel it..
Last night, i received a phone call from Kertas Jamban.
Telling that our OSF will have a futsal match later that night.
I'm a bit relieved as it is not a duty call to meet the Beer.
I will definitely not accept any beers invitation on weekdays onwards,
cause i know it will give me a litle problem when i get up to skul. HEADACHE!!!
Let's get back on track.
I almost forgot that my futsal shoes kuyak pula, so on the way to Suria (Futsal Point), i decided to stop by at Wisma Merdeka to buy futsal shoes, or i will have to play kaki ayam..
Hate it or love, i have to buy a new shoes!
I bought Adidas shoes.
As i walked in the shop, i saw the Adidas shoes and was totaly fell in love with it.
Same feelin as "Love at the first sight"...
Pernah rasa? ala rugi kalo tida pernah rasa, siok kama.
We booked court no.2 to play against a team which will be anonymous team.
We loses 2 points behind upon the final minutes...
Quite good result man.
Coz its our first match, i felt its a good result cause,
All this while we all been training how to moginum mcm logop...

My relationship didn't walk with me like how i wanted it to be..I was told by a friend, if you got this relationship thingy which is you feel very important, which is you feel much more important than your life itself...

Dude!! Please... Expect for the worse!

I went on a regular night out with friends, grab a few bottles of stout, few jugs of beer...

Anyway, what happened will soon be forgotten..

Not that they were not important to me, but, give me a break..

I would like to say my most generous thanks to Ms. Regina Sulit (Director of Communications) as she’s my trainer all the way 6 months while I was attached to Sales and Marketing Department under the Communications Department. Not forgetting Jeremy Dude! He’s the man who helped me a lot. I gained a lot of extreme crazy working experiences from him… Thanks J. Will never forget how working really is in your department guys… Finally I’m free from your department crazy works… Haha… Oopss.. Not forgetting Elsa from Sales & Marketing Dept as well. Steep fuel price hike is a 'MAJOR MISTAKE'

The latest round of fuel prices increase is unacceptable and an insult to the people of Sabah who had given almost 100 percent support to the Barisan Nasional (BN) in the last general election, thus enabling the coalition to stay in power according to Sabah Progressive Party (SAPP) stalwart Datuk Tham Nyip Shen.

"The people of Sabah would not have imagined that this what they would be getting for supporting the BN in the last election,"

The announcement on Wednesday of the fuel prices hike came as surprise to the people, especially after Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Minister Datuk Sharir Ahmad had earlier on the Government would only announce a new scheme for the fuel subsidy in August!

Thus the announcement of the latest and steepest fuel prices increase consider a "major mistake" by the BN Government. People in Sabah believed that the move was made hastily without fully exploring other measures to mitigate the impact of the global oil price increase. The SAPP think-tank chief, pointed out that as compared to Hong Kong and Singapore, Malaysia is still very much lagging when it comes to effort made to improve public transport.

Federal Government must not simply resort to increasing the fuel prices while failing to improve public transport services in the country. The latest fuel prices increase would certainly inflict more hardship on the people, especially those from the lower-income group.

Driving below 100km/h can help save fuel

For those thinking of buying a new car, detailed studies needed to be done first especially on fuel consumption by the car. Although many thought that luxury cars consumed more fuel, there were luxury cars that saved on fuel and such the opinion of experts was very useful. There were vehicles that were fitted with fuel consumption indicators that can help drivers determine driving methods that can save fuel.

The rise in fuel prices must be seen in a positive light (?) and a little adjustment in driving could help reduce daily fuel expenses.

It is a time for us to think. Previously we enjoyed the cheap petrol so we did not care much about driving behaviour. Loving it or not, now it is time for us to revise it...

Everything is okay today... Something is not good... Am working at 8.30am until 6.00pm! And its KAAMATAN TIME!!! But the good thing is, i had an oppportunity to handle my VTP on my own.. I made decision alone.. Quite cool right. Missed something. Moginum... But everyday also moginum what is the big different? Everyday is kaamatan here in PENAMPANG!!! Hahahaa am learning how to be a paparazi. But the thing is, our Malaysian artist are very peramah and we are beter than the NY artist, which they dont want their face captured in ur camera. So... Lets get back on track, since the Malaysian artist is so peramah, guess i will never get the paparazi title. Paparazi is more like the bad media person. They create a story bout one and exagarate one personal life... That's the reason why Yankees artist a bit hatters when it came to paparazi thingy. Look at Velvet, Sweet right? So how am i gonna be a PAPARAZI??? She suppose to hate my camera!!! She was suppose to grab my camera and throw it away!!! haahaa just like Britney, even worst she ramped the paparazi... Remember?

You know what… Recently, I had my very first chance, first time, first experience face to face with the animal called elephant. It’s a Bornean pygmy elephant. The elephant is only 10 years old and it’s like a baby dinosaur’s size. The World Wild Life Foundation (WWF) held their workshop here at RRR from May 20th till May 25th 2008. The main objectives for this workshop are, to encourage nation to protect the entire animal we have still in our very fragile forest. My personal idea is, ‘to protect animal is to manage the people’. Imagine our land without animal… Could it be still called a beautiful world?

This shot was taken by myself at Le Meridien Rumba. It was the 42 below world championship between the Rasa Ria Resort, Nexus, Le Meridien, and Sutera Habour who takes the oportunity to win the title.. I appear that night to give my full moral support hoping that the RRR representatives to win the title. Unfortunately, the RRR did not win the judges. Personally talking, i think it was an unfair result made by the judge. Le Meridien won the title and the first runner up went to Nexus. Perhaps both of them are happy. Both of them are going straight to continue the 42 below world championship at Germany.

Problems. We all have them. The only reason problems are a bad thing are because we treat them like a bad thing. Generally, when someone has a problem,one of these three things is true.

1. They can't fix it.

2. They can fix it but won't.

3. They're in the process of fixing.

If number one is true, there is no reason to be upset. If you cannot fix something, there is no reason to be angry about it. The anger will not change anythingabout the situation for the better. If number two is true, then you're mad at yourself for not fixing it, and need to overcome your laziness. If numberthree is true, there is no reason to be upset. You are fixing your problem. Be happy.

There you have it - a simple, short explanation for why most anger is pointless and why you're stressing yourself out for no reason.

Today is filled with anger, fueled with hidden hate. Scared of being outkast, afraid of common fate. Today is build on tragedies which no one want's to face. Nightmares to humanity and morally disgraced. Tonight is filled with Rage, violence in the air. Children bred with ruthlessness cause no one at home cares. Tonight I lay my head down but the pressure never stops, knowing that my sanity content when I'm droped. But tomorrow I see change, a chance to build a new, build on spirit intent of heart and ideas based on truth. Tomorrow I wake with second wind and strong because of pride. I know I fought with all my heart to keep the dream alive.
